Good Points: Pre-existing settings are great, and the machine is much quieter than my old 'budget' one.

Improvement Points: It doesn't work. The freezer will freeze for a while and then suddenly warm up and leak everywhere. The fridge either warms up the food or freezes it. we want our money back
