After much research, the treatment that we chose to use has proved to be extremely efficient and so I suspect that a faulty few may have slipped into the batch. I will certainly raise this with our buyers and make sure that you are refunded for the shirts as soon as we receive them back. However, if you would like to try alternative shirts from a different range, please do let us know. I must note that we do not recommend tumble drying our shirts as this can cause excessive shrinkage as well as creasing. Leaving the shirts to dry naturally after a cool wash is definitely the best way to go.
