We're sorry to see that the incorrect length of collar stays was ordered, although the correct length was sent. We offer two lengths, which correspond to the two main collar types - classic and spread. The latter is what you ordered, which are shorter (due to the shorter length of the collars themselves). Judging from your past orders, the classic length would be needed for the majority of your shirts. As a goodwill gesture, we've gone ahead and issued you with replacements in the correct length. You'll receive a confirmation email for those shortly.
