Thank you for your feedback and we apologise for any misunderstanding here! Refunds are always provided to the same payment method as was used for the purchase - either PayPal or credit/debit card. The only exception to this is if you are returning an item which has already been exchanged once - in that instance, a gift certificate will be given in the first instance, but can easily be converted into a 'cash' refund by our Accounts Team.
