It’s a shame the shirts haven’t worked out better for you but returning them is absolutely the right thing to do! Thank you for organising this already and we’ll absolutely be more than glad to exchange the garments for a larger neck size or Classic Fit alternatives – a full refund can be issued instead if preferred though.

The first was disappointing. Badly wrinkled and needed substantial ironing. The replacement was acceptable needing only some ironing.. Fits well. Nice feel.
