The zipper is unusable- with a struggle managed to upzip, but cannot rezip. Was rather surprised as my CT purchases have always been of good quality.

I'm very sorry to learn there may be a fault with the zipper on your lovely new jacket, which is most disappointing and not to our highest quality standards. We have a 6-month guarantee of course and would be more than happy to provide a replacement. Unfortunately, stock is unavailable until late-January now but please let us know if you would like one arranged all the same. Returning the original to us is easy and free of charge.
