Men's Charles Tyrwhitt Medallion Tie - Light Blue Size 8cm x 149cm Silk

Therewas a slight flaw in the material when my tie arrived. I mentioned it as an afterthought but didn’t expect anyone would do something about it. Boy, was I wrong! They ask me to forward them a picture of the flaw. Once the people at feefo saw the picture they immediately jumped into action.. They found out there was not another exact tie available to replace mine, but they offered me several similar ties to replace it. I picked one out and without any further questions they send me the replacement I picked out. It arrived today and is as pretty as the tie I originally picked out. I was shocked that any company would stand behind their product like Charles Tyrwhitt did and go to that length to make sure that I was satisfied. They sure made a loyal customer out of me. I would be willing to shout their praises to anyone that is listening .
