We know it can be a little tricky when first ordering from a company to know the best size and fit to order, so I'm sorry things weren't quite perfect here. The good news is, we make returning and exchanging very easy to do! Our Slim Fit shirts are a 'regular' fit (as we offer three - Extra Slim, Slim and Classic) and so it sounds like you would prefer the Extra Slim. Please feel free to make a return and we'll ensure this is processed swiftly.

Shoddy workmanship, no support to repair or relace

It's certainly disappointing to see your shirt had a fault, which of course we are sorry for. When you contacted us concerning this, we advised (twice, in fact) that the shirt you purchased is now sold out, and so could not provide a like-for-like replacement. We advised that you were welcome to select an alternative shirt if you wished, or receive a full refund under our guarantee. I see my colleague (on the 17th, via web chat) even agreed to consider covering repair costs, dependant on a receipt/quote being provided - which is beyond what we would usually offer, as we have a stated guarantee covering either replacement or refund, only. You are still welcome to return the shirt, and seek either a replacement or a full refund under said guarantee, but we have not heard back from you since that chat on the 17th May it seems.
