I am very happy with the quality of the garments provided and with the delivery service. Regrettably in the purchase of charcoal fine srtipe suit the 40R jacket was not a particularly good fit and the cut of the jacket on me was both too long and for a two button jacket was not shaped/tailored to fit especially at the back. I believe that two button jackets should be tailored with two vents which helps the jacket to hang better. The trousers were a good fit.

I am glad to hear that you are happy with the service that you receive from Charles Tyrwhitt. It is a definate shame that the suit jacket did not fit very well. As we are not a bespoke clothing company, we are unable to make any specific tailoring adjustments to the style of the garments.
