Our Customer Service Team advised that there was a problem which has now been resolved. This resulted from accidentally applying for two Creditspring memberships and trying to borrow using both memberships which we do not allow. To clarify, members must wait 14 days from being accepted and signing the membership contract before the can borrow, this is clearly stated on our website. We will never decline a loan once someone becomes a member unless there has been an issue with payment of membership fees or previous loan repayments. If a member stays within our terms and conditions we would not refuse to provide the loans.
