To hopefully provide you with some reassurance, last year we settled over 95% of all claims reported into us and even won the Best Insurer Award at the 2023 Modern Claims Awards for our response to client claims. Whilst we hope you won't ever need to make a claim against your policy, we always remain on hand to support and assist should something happen in the future.
