Change documents
I needed to change my policy. I spoke to an advisor online who assisted me in 2 minutes the policy was changed and had emailed me the new documents. Couldn’t of done it any quicker. 5*****

Good Product, needs app improvement
I would have been 5 stars if I could have got the App to progress beyond "Please Wait" I had to transfer to my laptop to complete the purchase
