messed up booking and poor after service
We waited three weeks for a survey due to them messing up the booking and putting it on hold, when the survey had taken place we had to chase to get our report after 10 days.

a thorough and responsive service
Contacted me before the survey to see if there was anything I particularly wanted checking. Performed the survey efficency and reported promptly. Responded well to queries I had after the survey.

Report was helpful, but was an extreme view of possible problems, not a balanced view of likely problems.
The surveyor was very good in communication - she called beforehand and let us know exactly what she would be doing and asked for any specific concerns. Overall the report was fine. My main problem...

Bit of advice dont have a survey have the work checked your self it will be cheaper
The £350.00 we paid for this survey was a waste of money there was a leak in the water system in the loft which had been going on for months was not picked up on the survey water heating G5 states no...
