we purchased corsets 2 weeks ago and they have not arrived, we have hats from the UK that we ordered the following day. i would have expected faster deliver within Australia.

Thanks for your feedback I can confirm that you order was processed and dispatched on the 07/05-12 However you had paid for standard services which will take 5-15 working days for the parcel to be delivered. I'm so sorry to hear that and I sincerely apologise for any inconvenience that caused. I checked your order that you have received someone else order and you have also forward the order to other customer, and I really appreciate that, therefore the postage has been refunded and we have also issue you an additional $20 internal credit for the inconvenience that caused.
