Dear Ashfaq Khan, We're so sorry you have not received your stamp as of yet. We received your order on December 9 at 11:47 pm. The order went out as soon as our facility opened on December 10. It was shipped out and making it's way to you. We try to get everything out of our facility as soon as we can, but during the holiday season shipping times are delayed and once it has left our facility, it is then in the hands of the shipping carrier. We currently have a message on our website to inform customers that a delay may occur due to not only COVID 19, but the carrier's influx of packages this holiday season into the New Year. Please not that your package shipped USPS and they currently have the same message on their website about delays occurring. The good news is the item is in transit to the destination location and is showing updated movement. Please give it a few extra days for USPS to deliver your item. If you have any further issues as the delivery nears, please contact our customer service department and they will be more than happy to assist with any questions.
