Our products are only made with the highest quality products and we work really hard to source vendors that will give our customers the best quality for their money, but of course not each product fits each person. We apologize if you're unhappy with the style of the binder and the cost. Our Thrifkit binder is a very popular product, but we would be happy to work with you on getting you a different binder that may suit your needs better and is of a different material. From looking at your order, I can see just the binder was ordered with corporate records on it without a slipcase. The order came out to $48.25 with the shipping included. We would be happy to get the item back from you and issue a refund for you if this is a better option. This is a quick conversation with our team to setup the return and get the logistics set up and as soon as we get the item back, you'll receive your refund. This will only take a few minutes of your time and can get the binder back to us quickly and the items refunded to you even quicker.
