Dear Mrs Shaw, Thank you for your review regarding our service for your stay in Cornwall. We really appreciate your honest feedback comments and forwarded them to the housekeeping team for the property. We are very sorry for the shortcomings experienced and will make sure this does not happen again for future guests. We do usually get great feedback such as "Lovely cottage, comfortable bed and excellent showers. Appreciated the cream scones and milk in fridge on arrival" so I can only think there was an oversight on this occasion which you should have not experienced.
