Hi, we've checked and because your car uses the older "type 1" connector the type 2 cable purchased will not fit unless you use a Type2-Type1 adaptor (sold seperately). We can see you've raised an order issue via our order portal which the team are processing. Many thanks

Hi Alan, apologies that you still haven't received the item. We can see that the parcel was dispatched on 06/01 but is stuck in a DPD sortation facility, possibly disrupted by the recent snow. We've raised a support request on your behalf with DPD to find out what's going on.
