Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Thanks for your feedback. CoolStays was originally conceived as a directory of amazing places to stay. Although we are working on enhancements to the site to allow for easier searching and delivering tailored suggestions to your inbox, we are a small team and currently do not have the resources to provide the personal bespoke search service that you are looking for. Hopefully this is something we can introduce as we grow.

It would be good to know on what website you saw the property was booked, as our availability is synced directly with the property owner calenders for these two places.
