Disappointing this time as the mattress was not very good and we moved rooms and the room we moved to the air con. heating was not working the steam room was out of order. the lights didn't work...

The staff were very good,we had to leave a day early because Condor had to cancil out out going trip to a day early. That meant we lost a day's accommodation. Would not help to locate accommodation...
