We will use this information to monitor and improve our services. I believe that you received your window a day later than we had originally promised, I can only apologise for this. We were expecting a delivery from VELUX on the Friday and were going to deliver to yourself on the Monday. However VELUX's courier were unable to make their delivery to us until late on the Monday and therefore we were unable to deliver to yourself until the following day. Our general manager did try and phone everyone affected by this and would have left a message with you if he did not speak to you directly. Again please accept our apologies but such an occurrence is extremely rare. We receive deliveries from VELUX virtually every day and to the best of my knowledge this is the first to have been delayed to such an extent.
