Whenever possible we try to deliver from our own stock, however sometimes due to the location of our customers and also the vast range of products required by our customers we have to use third party suppliers. In this case our supplier let us down, I believe someone failed to properly process our order, and it is often the case that we only find out these sort of problems when they arise and we are informed by our customer(s).
