Whenever possible we try to deliver from our own stock, however sometimes due to the location of our customers and also the vast range of products required by our customers we have to use third party suppliers. In this case our supplier let us down, We did call and inform about it being difficult to delivery on that specific date and arranged to get out as soon as possible which was the 06/08/2013.
