They told me I would receive the 31st Jan issue, marked it as Dispatched on the site, but did not send it. When asked about it they said that they never intended to send it and couldn't do anything...

I decided to enrol in the subscription service, the magazine arrived a week later than it did in the shops. Not impressed.
