Thank you for the call today the lady I spoke to was very nice and really new her subject - although it was to late for her to help me because I had already had to take the loss of no claims option on cost -- ( I have to have my original registration on my van to be allowed on works premises to park otherwise re apply for parking permits and that takes forever ) never the less its nice to know that CVD has listened to my concerns and even though I I am out of pocket I remain a customer because the service I received before being let down was very good and the lady I spoke to today went a long way to making me feel human again and not just a registration number --- On this basis I retract my negative feedback and would encourage CVD to remember a verbal promise should be as good as a hand shake
