Service from the team was spot on very friendly and helpful. Just a let down on the cleaning team side as the caravan was dirty and poorly cleaned if at all done.

Unsupervised site with undesirables pitching where they wanted

We arrived on a very wet weekend and were given our pitch in the boating lake ( that's what it was like) I told the staff and they asked me to pick a pitch and tell them where I was. Supervision...
