Go for a Platinum Lodge every time.

Hot tub staff were friendly and very efficient as were reception staff. The lodge was perfectly clean and tidy on arrival. All the other staff on site on site were great also.

Reception staff don’t always have permission to offer compensation or fully resolve some problems, so we ask guests to email so the matter can be handled by the appropriate team higher up. Thank you for your comprehensive feedback and for highlighting both the positives and areas where we can improve. We’re glad to hear you find the touring site clean, quiet, and secure with the barrier entrance. Your suggestion about a higher card reader for motorhomes is appreciated and will be passed on. We apologise for the issues you’ve noted regarding the dog walking areas and the cleanliness of the toilet, shower, and Elsan facilities. Please be assured the toilet and shower block is deep cleaned once a week and cleaned twice daily. We will review the concerns you raised with our cleaning and maintenance teams to address mould, cobwebs, and smells. Regarding amenities, we do have a swimming pool at one of our sister sites, just a 10-minute drive away, which guests can use for free when staying with us. Takeaways also deliver to reception, and we inform guests of this option when asked. We appreciate your comments about the clubhouse, arcade, and shop offerings and are always looking for ways to improve our facilities and services.
