Answer their phone, answer their emails, let customer know by text, email or phone when the delivery will be made. Do not take money from the customer before a delivery date has been fixed

Thank you for your feedback. I do apologise for the delivery being made to the wrong address, and also 1 bag delivered short. I have just previously spoken with yourself advised that we had nothing logged, have now placed the order for the missing bag and have logged as a case for the wrong address and short delivery.
I didnt recieve my delivery there seems no way of co tactingthem theysend a msg on email with no opportunity to reply so I will have to buy coal else where
