You enrolled on the 05/10/17 you were sent your log in details for your online course 15 minutes after enrolling, your textbook was ordered on the 06/10/17. You were notified that the textbook would arrive in 7 working days. You received your textbook on the 17/10/17 which was your 7th working day.
