Thank you for your feedback. Most of our courses do benefit from a multimedia approach, including video lectures. English as a subject however tends to lend itself far more to written media which is why you will find much more of it in English courses. Live tutorials again do not fit so much with our model, as most students will study at different times of the day, flexibility is key.

Hi Claire, Your course is an online course, information on how to study, and how to take exams are all contained in the induction section of the course. Your were issued with login details the moment you made your purchase. The printed study guides are just a hard copy of your learning materials and are used mainly for note taking and revision purposes.
