Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Increased the price during the short time I was completing my booking. No clear option to pay in full. When I increased my deposit to the full amount it said it would still take the original balance...

Hi Many thanks for your feedback. All prices are based on live availability and unfortunately can change before you reach the stage of booking. Also on our booking page we do give the option to make a deposit payment or payment in full if you prefer. I am sorry if this wasn't and have sent your feedback to our development team for review.
