Thank you for your review. I'm sorry to hear the trousers didn't fit as expected, especially as your usual size 16 trousers fit comfortably. Unfortunately, as the return window has now expired and the original packaging is no longer available, we're unable to accept the item back. We appreciate your understanding, and while we're sorry the trousers weren't right for you.
