I have checked the account and it is set up in your name. We have no record of your fathers name, which is why the orders have been sent out against the name of the account holder. If you father is the customer, I can change the account in to his name. We can not have two names listed against one account, for security reasons. Please let me know how you would like to proceed.

Thank you for your feedback. I do apologise for this issue. From time to time our stock levels do drop and we send out a substitute to avoid disappointment, which I do apologise for. We have set your account to "no substitutes" to prevent this from happening again.
