I apologise a collect+ store is not close to your home. If this is the case we are happy to supply you with a free returns label for Royal Mail for any future orders you place with us. We do not usually use Royal Mail for returns as we have many issues with returning goods through them, which is why we use collect+. Collect+ are a courier and the parcels have tracking codes on which makes the return of them quicker and safer. If you would have gotten in contact with us we would have been able to issue this Royal Mail label, as we would not expect our customers to trave this distance to return goods. We try to get all of our customers to get in touch with us with any issues they have so we can see if we can resolve them. I am sorry you have already given away the goods as we could have settled this issue for you. Hopefully this may change your mind with ordering with us in the future. We apologize again for this.
