I have had a look into your account and can see you did order size 36 in the trousers. I can only apologize about this, it sounds like a human error when picking in the warehouse.
I can see you returned the goods to us and you were refunded, but you were not refunded the postage. As this was our error I will also have your postage charge refunded back to your card for you.

I am sorry you feel you have had a negative experience with using our company.
I can confirm all of our orders have a postage & packaging charge of £4.99. We do however do free postage offers from time to time which are advertised to customers, but otherwise there will unfortunately be this postage charge.
With reference to the product being badly creased we do apologize. I can assure you our products do not leave our warehouse in this way as they are checked before dispatch. This sounds like it has happened during transit.
We will use your comments to look further into this with pour courier as we do not want customers items being delivered in a unsuitable state.
