Thank you for your feedback. I have looked into your account and can see your order was dispatched from our warehouse within 2 working days from ordering. We do try our best to deliver within the 5-7 day guidelines we advise. We our very sorry if we have failed on this attempt.

I am glad that you are satisfied with your service performance. I, however, think it could be improved. If you dispatch within two days of order perhaps your carrier needs changing since it takes several days to reach me.
