We are sorry to hear you are not satisfied with the trousers you have received from us. I can advise the silver colour does have a slight shine on them due to them being silver. It is not made to be a dull shade. We feel disappointed that they have not met your satisfaction. I will have these comments passed on and the images checked as we have not had any comments like this about the trousers. If you would like to return the goods to us still you can do so using the free returns collect+ label and we would be happy to deal with the return for you. We thank you for your time and feedback.

I appreciate the reply to my comments. However the trousers in question were brown not silver!! I also returned the trousers and received a refund - thank you. I think it is strange that there is no pick up facility in the town where I live and I had to do a 10 mile round trip in order to return the trousers.

I do apologize that I stated silver in that comment. This was an error. I will have this looked into and will have the stock checked to see if the brown are shiny as you stated so we can review this issue. I am sorry your nearest collect+ store is not very local. Unfortunately we do only have a free returns service with collect+ and we do not offer another return service. We thank you again for your time and review and we will be using your feedback in the future.

I do find it a bit annoying that your mens underwear seems to differ from one make to another, ie xxl in one lot fits fine and then another make is too large for me.
