Thank you for taking the time to provide your feedback.We understand a credit card fee can be an undesirable additional amount on top of the policy premium. Our renewal documents state payments by credit card may attract a surcharge. We also provide alternate options which don’t attract a fee.Happy to discuss further on 1300 289 248.

Hi Peter
I have reviewed the original quote request. Upon review, it appears the system correctly triggered a referral due to a response to one of the questions. This in turn required an underwriter review the request. The quote was subsequently approved and released will all relevant documents attached.
