Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Hi there, we are sorry to hear this. We at Christopher Stokes use an independent referencing company and we will ensure we relay this information to them. In regards to the inventory, it states that the tenant has 7 days from the day the inventory is given to let us or the landlord know of any problems or discrepancies, as we did not hear anything from yourselves we assumed that all was well within the property. Please do give our property management team a call so we can deal with any problems you have faced/facing.
