Who can leave a Feefo review?

Only customers with proof of purchase can leave a Feefo review. We ensure this by reaching out to buyers straight after their transaction.

How do we verify reviews?

We verify that reviews are from genuine customers by matching them to a sale or transaction. People are only invited to leave a review after purchasing from the business.

How do we deal with fake reviews?

Feefo prevents people from leaving fake reviews because we only invite verified buyers to give feedback.

Christopher Stokes opened our first office in Cheshunt in January 2006. Since then, we have gone from strength to strength and, in 2008, opened our second office in Enfield. The company is owned and run on a day-to-day basis by directors Chris Stokes and Mario Panayiotou. Both Chris and Mario are Members of the National Association of Estate Agents (MNAEA).
