We are official stockists of all the watches we sell and purchase our products directly from the official distributors, which in this case is Fossil themselves. The Fossil brand is designed to be fun and different and the packaging they use reflects this. The metal box they arrive in are a key selling point on these watches as they add a touch of charm to the product. As in everything in life, each person is allowed an opinion and preference. I understand you did not like this one but the quality and design of the packaging is appreciated by the vast majority of our customers. Hopefully the watch itself ticked all the right boxes.
