You paid £2.75 for a standard delivery service not £6.95, so it is unfair to leave negative feedback on this basis. Your order was placed on Friday the 13th after our cut off time of 12pm for sending orders out. As we have explained over email your order was therefore dispatched on the 16th of December as per our delivery terms stated on our website and delivered to you on the 19th of December at 17:53 PM. We were unable to change your delivery address from your request as this was requested after the item had been collected from the couriers.

Apologies I thought I had purchased the £6.95 shipping not the £2.75. However the estimated shipping was 4 days not 7 and it did not state anything about the 12pm cut off at the checkout. If it had I would not have purchased it as I needed the product for a certain event. I think that you should review the messages on the checkout page so customers are aware that delivery estimates are under stated.
