All of our bears are handmade so each one will be slightly different; they then go through a quality control process to make sure they’re ready for adoption. Because of this, we understand that not everyone will bond with their bear, if this happens we kindly ask that you get in touch and we will do our best to assist you. Our bear cubs in the US Cubhouse have a limited team and during busy periods they will be unable to answer the phone if they are already on the phone to another collector, and they will be unable to offer face photo requests because of this also. If you are unable to get hold of them via phone you can email them at us-sales@charliebears.com with your query and they will reply as quickly as possible.
