Inadequate training content

Training information too basic. All information regarding back to work situation for teachers given is readily available through news and newspaper. However the delivery was good.

Good support for teachers through use of training/CPD. Teachers are placed in cover roles more suited to their strengths. Teacher's are not asked to commute too far to any school.
