Your order, placed on 28/11, was a pre-order. As noted on our website, pre-order ETAs are estimates only and are based on the information provided to us by the supplier. In this case, the initial mid-December ETA was unfortunately pushed back multiple times by the manufacturer, with dispatch ultimately occurring in early February.
We understand how disappointing it is when timelines shift, particularly when trades are booked in and when questioned, we generally advise our customers to not book trades until they physically have the stock ready because delays do happen with pre-orders. We also apologise that you felt you had to follow up for updates and that tracking was not provided proactively. We genuinely regret the inconvenience this caused and appreciate you taking the time to share your experience.

In this case, the issue was identified as the motor supplied in the box from the factory being incorrect, which meant it did not have the required slot for the fourth blade. While this is a rare manufacturing packing error, we understand it would have been frustrating when assembling the fan.
As part of troubleshooting, there was some back-and-forth via email while we worked to confirm the issue with the manufacturer and determine the best solution. However, once confirmed, we provided a resolution within the next business day, offering either a full replacement fan or a refund. You chose to proceed with the refund, which was then processed.
We apologise for the inconvenience caused and appreciate your patience while we worked to identify the problem.
