The Polar V2 DC ceiling fan includes an in-home manufacturer’s warranty, which allows an electrician to attend and resolve any manufacturing or mechanical faults however the fan would need to be installed for this optional service. However, we understand you’ve since installed a different replacement. If you’d still like to proceed under a replacement warranty, you’re welcome to contact us directly and we can raise the warranty claim with the manufacturer on your behalf, or assist with the process.
