Having to sign for parcel caused a delay of almost a week in receiving my order. For this reason I will not be able to use Cartridge Monkey again.

I am really sorry to hear that you had some problems with the delivery of your last order.
I do understand your frustration with having to sign for your goods. We try our very best to accommodate each and every one of our customers so it is disappointing to hear that we have let you down on this occasion. The reason we use courier deliveries wherever possible is so that we can offer our customers a fast guaranteed next day delivery service as well as the ability to track the delivery at any time.
I know that this delivery option is not always ideal for everybody due to the signature being required and I am really sorry that it is this aspect that has caused the delay. As a valued customer we would always try our upmost and do everything in our power to try to help and resolve the situation. We are always willing to make changes to the delivery address or pass on further instructions to the delivery driver if it will help.
Again I can only apologies for the delay you encountered. I am going to look into this further and pass your comments on to my supervisor. We would love for you to continue using us in the future so if there is anything we can change or implement then I will make sure this issue is addressed.

Quality and reliability are extremely important to us, so it is really disappointing to hear that you have been let down by one of our products.
Our own brand compatible cartridges should perform to the same standard as the original cartridges so I can only presume the cartridge you received has a chip error of some sort.
As with all of our own brand cartridges we offer a 2 year guarantee that covers all aspects of quality and performance. We will always do anything we can to help so I would be more than happy to raise a return for the cartridge. I can send you a new cartridge out today or alternatively we can get this refunded in full.
