Sent a photo showing carpet colour required as they would not send patches. Carpet received but wrong colour. Phoned to explain the issue but the chap seemed quite uninterested in assisting in any...

Great quality carpet at a good price. Communication needs to be much better. No idea of dispatch or delivery date, so impossible to coordinate installation. Otherwise 5 stars.
