Dear Donald, just wanted to reply here as well. We're not sure what happened with the first delivery, as for the courier it was completed successfully. However, we sent all the products again at our expenses. Unfortunately, even if it happens very rarely, some issue with deliveries is still possible. We do our best to meet the needs of our customers even in these situations. Hope in the end you were happy with your experience shopping on Caramellina.it.
