Capital Hair & Beauty Reviews

Thank you for taking the time to leave your feedback. We’re sorry for the disappointment caused by the missing item and appreciate your frustration. We’d like to clarify that the item was in stock at the time your order was placed. When you contacted us, we asked whether the delivery box had arrived damaged because, when an item is missing from a parcel, we need to establish whether this may have occurred during delivery so that we can raise the appropriate query with the courier. We did offer the option of either a refund or a replacement, subject to stock availability. Unfortunately, by the time the replacement was being processed, the item had gone out of stock, so we were only able to issue a refund. We appreciate that receiving a refund rather than a replacement was not the outcome you wanted, and we’re sorry that we weren’t able to fulfil the item on this occasion.
